Job Description

We are looking for a pro-active and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as Employee reimbursement Executive.

The employee reimbursement executive is responsible for managing and processing employee reimbursement claims accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role involves verifying expense claims, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating with employees and other departments to ensure a smooth reimbursement process.

The role also involves providing assistance and guidance to employees regarding reimbursement procedures, documentation requirements, and policy clarifications. The employee reimbursement executive is expected to communicate clearly with employees to resolve queries and ensure they understand the correct process for claim submission.

Key Duties and responsibilities

  • Reimbursement Process Assisting employees in expense submission in NERP Module, verify, and process employee reimbursement claims (travel, Non Travel, and other expense-related requests, etc.) in accordance with company policy
  • Policy Compliance - Ensure that claims adhere to the organization’s expense and reimbursement policies
  • Coordinate with employees for clarifications or missing documentation
  • Identify and flag non-compliance or policy violations for management review
  • Ensure all supporting documents and approvals are attached and valid before processing
  • Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly) on pending and following with employee for expense submission
  • Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation
  • Addressing employees queries and resolving issues within timeline

Requirements

  • Effective communication and coordination skill
  • Hands on experience with SAP Hana FI Module
  • Strong expertise of MS office- Excel, Power Point
  • Accuracy in data entry and document verification
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree / PG degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience : 1– 3 year in reimbursement
  • System Skills : SAP / MS Excel / communication
