We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive with strong experience in Tally ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle invoicing, billing processes, and financial record-keeping while ensuring accuracy and timely operations. Key Responsibilities Create and manage invoices using Tally ERP Maintain accurate billing records and customer accounts Verify and reconcile billing data, receipts, and payments Coordinate with sales/operations teams for billing requirements Prepare billing reports and assist in month-end closing Handle GST entries, credit/debit notes, and related documentation Respond to customer queries regarding bills or payment status Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Billing Executive or similar role Understanding of GST and basic accounting Good communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Minimum qualification: G RADUATE Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
