Job Description

You will be joining Medulance Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Your main responsibility will be to provide pre-hospital emergency medical care, stabilize patients, and ensure safe transportation to medical facilities. This role demands a high level of dedication to patient care and the flexibility to work in a 12-hour shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Your key responsibilities will include responding promptly to emergency calls, delivering first aid, CPR, and other critical interventions as needed. You will assess patients" conditions and provide appropriate treatments based on established protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for safely transferring patients to designated healthcare facilities while maintaining their comfort and stability during transit. Effective communication with hospital staff regarding patient conditions and required interventions is crucial. As an EMT at Medulance, you will also need to check and maintain all medical equipment, supplies, and drugs in the ambulance to ensure they are in good working condition. Regularly restocking supplies and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor will be part of your routine. Detailed and accurate patient care reports, including vital signs, medical history, and interventions provided, must be completed promptly and submitted according to organizational protocols. Adherence to Medulance's protocols, medical guidelines, safety standards, and infection prevention and control measures is essential. You will collaborate closely with ambulance drivers, paramedics, and dispatch teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Supporting teammates in high-pressure situations to guarantee effective care delivery will be a key aspect of your role. To qualify for this position, you must hold certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from a recognized institution. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications are preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pre-hospital emergency care or related fields is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to handle high-pressure situations, and make quick, critical decisions are essential. Physical fitness to assist patients and work long shifts, as well as willingness to work flexible hours, including 12-hour rotating shifts, are also necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gurgaon, Haryana. The benefits include Provident Fund, and the work schedule involves rotational shifts. Candidates with at least 1 year of total work experience are preferred. Reliable commuting or willingness to relocate before starting work is preferred for this in-person role.,
