Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end embroidery operations including requirement analysis, planning, sampling, production, dispatch, and vendor coordination.
• Develop designs, production plans, and schedules ensuring timely achievement of targets.
• Mentor team members, ensure smooth employee relations, and monitor SOP compliance.
• Lead graphic and knitwear design using industry-standard software.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient in embroidery software: TAZIMA DGML (6 & 11), Wilcom (ES-65
• Designer, e4.5, ver.9), Wings Ver-5.0.
• Graphic design software: Photoshop CS6, CorelDraw 2024, Illustrator CS6.
• Knits designing software: MET-5000 V 2.2a (TERROT).
• Hands-on experience with cost management, ERP/Excel operations, and vendor development.
