Role Description

We are looking for a junior-level electronics engineer to join our hardware testing team. The candidate will assist in testing, validating, and troubleshooting electronic circuits, PCB assemblies, and embedded products. This role offers hands-on experience with real-world electronic systems and opportunities to learn product testing, debugging, and validation processes under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing and validation of electronic hardware and embedded systems.
• Perform basic functional and electrical tests on PCBs and modules.
• Operate test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
• Record and document test data, observations, and results systematically.
• Support debugging of faulty boards and help identify hardware issues.
• Work with design and production teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety practices in the lab.
• Maintain test equipment and ensure proper ESD handling.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, RS485).
• Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and PCB layouts.
• Hands-on skills in soldering, assembling, and rework of PCBs.
• Knowledge of electronic measurement instruments.
• Good observation, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new testing methods and technologies.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / BSC / MSC in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.

Experience:

• 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Internship or academic project experience in electronics testing or embedded systems will be an added advantage.
