Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Embedded Systems or IoT Engineer to contribute to the development of smart, connected hardware products like GPS, Drones, Dashcam etc. You will work on real-time microcontroller-based systems that interact with various modules and communicate with cloud platforms. This is a hands-on role involving embedded development, hardware interfacing, and IoT integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement firmware for microcontrollers (ESP32 or similar)
• Interface with sensors, communication modules, and storage peripherals using UART, I2C, SPI, etc.
• UART/SWD pads+ pogo pin/test jig
• Enable device-to-cloud communication using protocols like HTTP, MQTT, or similar
• Manage data logging, remote updates, and fallback mechanisms
• Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing hardware prototypes
• Collaborate on field testing, diagnostics, and documentation
• Follow good coding practices and version control

Required Skills

· Minimum of 6+ months experience with the same domain

· Preferred Proficiency in C/C++ & Python for microcontrollers

· Hands-on experience with ESP32, Arduino IDE, or ESP-IDF etc

· Preferred Familiarity with GSM, LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi, or other IoT communication modules

· Understanding of embedded communication protocols

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with OTA updates or remote configuration
• Familiarity with Firebase, AWS IoT, or other cloud services
• Basic PCB design or hardware prototyping knowledge
• Python or scripting for data parsing or analysis
• Exposure to mobile or web dashboard integration
