Job Title: Email Marketing Executive (Fresher – 1 Year)
Location: Mohali (Phase 8B) – Onsite
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, basic knowledge of email campaigns, excellent communication skills, and the eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Draft engaging email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions.
• Manage email lists and ensure proper segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, open rates, and click-through rates.
• Support in ensuring emails are delivered to inboxes (deliverability).
• Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign requirements.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in email marketing (freshers are welcome).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot) will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
