Email Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist for real estate properties, you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential, commercial, and luxury real estate properties. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating impactful marketing campaigns using digital platforms, social media, SEO, and PPC advertising to generate leads and improve customer engagement. - Planning and managing events such as property launches, open houses, and exhibitions. - Collaborating with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and track campaign performance. - Creating and managing content for websites, social media, and email campaigns. - Developing compelling brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials that showcase property highlights. - Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. - Building partnerships with media houses, influencers, and real estate portals for enhanced outreach. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports to measure ROI. - Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources efficiently to achieve marketing goals. In addition to the Key Responsibilities, you should possess the following Skills & Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM platforms. - Excellent content creation, branding, and storytelling skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. - Strong understanding of local property markets, real estate trends, and buyer behavior. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. This is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule. Prior experience in Email marketing is preferred. The work location is in person.,
