Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated Email Marketing Specialist to drive our international B2B outreach. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills and proven experience generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings with the decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute targeted outbound email campaigns for international clients.
• Craft clear, persuasive, and professional email copy that communicates our value proposition effectively.
• Implement audience segmentation and personalization for optimal engagement.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, focusing on improving Meeting Bookings and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR).
• Manage integration of email tools with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.).

Requirements:

• 4+ years in B2B email marketing, preferably in IT and IT Enabled Services.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with marketing automation and outreach tools (HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach.io).
• An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Adept at leveraging AI for communication/content creation etc.
