Outsourcing Technologies, a dynamic and growing provider of SEO, PPC, web design, and development services to clients worldwide, is seeking a talented Junior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Panchkula! If you're eager to learn, have a knack for online communication, and thrive in a results-driven environment, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do: Generate new business leads by actively engaging with online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. Assist in crafting persuasive proposals that effectively present our services to potential clients. Support client communication by ensuring smooth information flow between clients and our development team. Help build and maintain our company's online portfolio to showcase our expertise and attract new opportunities. Apply and grow your understanding of web development and digital marketing concepts to identify suitable projects. What We're Looking For: Experience : Minimum 1+ year of overall professional experience, ideally in a client-facing, sales, or online bidding role. Basic Knowledge of online freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer). Skills: Strong written communication skills for proposal writing and client interaction. Good follow-up and organizational abilities. Basic understanding of web development and digital marketing concepts.
