Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on executing targeted email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and boost conversions. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and optimize email workflows, ensuring personalized communication for various audience segments in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Targeted Email Campaigns: Create, schedule, and execute personalized email

marketing campaigns for specific audience segments.

Segmentation: Use CRM and email marketing tools to segment lists based on

demographics, behavior, and other criteria to improve relevance and engagement.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and design to optimize open and click-through rates.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed reports on KPIs such as open rates, CTR, and ROI.

Database Management: Ensure the email database is clean, up-to-date, and compliant with GDPR/CCPA and other regulations.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with design, sales, and content teams to ensure

cohesive messaging and visuals in email campaigns.

Automation and Workflows: Assist in setting up and maintaining automated workflows, using tools like Snov.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Hubspot, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing (internships included).

Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Snov.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead).

Knowledge of Targeted Campaigns: Understanding of segmentation, customer

journey mapping, and personalization techniques.

Attention to Detail: High level of precision in executing and proofing campaigns.

Basic HTML Knowledge: Preferred but not required.
