Job Description

Role : Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Create and execute lead generation strategies tailored to B2B mobile and web app development services.
Identify and reach potential clients via organic and paid channels.
Email Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using tools like Smartlead, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Create targeted mailing lists and segment users to improve campaign performance.
Digital Marketing Tools & Channels:
Manage campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to generate and nurture leads.
CRM & Automation:
Maintain and organize leads through a CRM like Zoho, HubSpot etc
Set up automated workflows for nurturing and qualifying leads.
Content & Communication:
Work with internal teams to create landing pages, email templates, and ad copy.
Develop messaging that communicates our services value proposition to target industries.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs (CTR, open rates, conversions, CAC, etc.) and deliver weekly/monthly reports.
Optimize ongoing campaigns based on data and insights.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing or lead generation for IT services, especially mobile/web development.
Strong command of email marketing platforms (e.g., Smartlead, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, ActiveCampaign).
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Solid understanding of inbound marketing, lead funnels, and B2B buyer journeys.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in marketing mobile apps, SaaS, or custom software services.
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
Compensation
Base salary + performance-based incentives
Experience 2-3 years. 6 LPA with conversion based bonus (Commission per converted lead/client)
