Email Marketing Intern

About the Role:

Join our B2B marketing agency as an Email Marketing Intern for a hands-on, real-world experience in cold email outreach and campaign execution. This is a remote, unpaid internship for 3 months, ideal for candidates looking to build their portfolio and gain expertise in email marketing technology and strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in building and managing cold email campaigns
• Support the setup and maintenance of email infrastructure (including domains, sending accounts, warm-up tools, and tracking systems)
• Work with prospect lists and datasets for personalized outreach
• Monitor deliverability, open/click rates, and report campaign performance
• Stay updated with the latest cold email technologies and best practices

You Are/Have:

• Basic understanding of cold emailing and its role in lead generation
• Familiarity with infrastructure setup such as domain/email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), inbox warm-up, and technical tools (e.g., Gsuite/Outlook, Lemlist, Instantly, Mailflow, QuickMail, etc.)
• Aware of best practices for avoiding spam folders and maximizing deliverability
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
• Good written communication skills
