About the Role: Join our B2B marketing agency as an Email Marketing Intern for a hands-on, real-world experience in cold email outreach and campaign execution. Role Overview We’re looking for a Sales Development Intern to support our outbound prospecting and appointment-setting efforts. You’ll be trained on our systems for cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and prospect research. Your goal is simple: book qualified meetings with decision-makers. What You’ll Do Research & build lead lists based on our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP). Send outbound messages (cold email + LinkedIn) using proven frameworks. Personalize templates where required. Track outreach performance (open rates, replies, meetings booked). Schedule appointments with potential clients for the founder. Maintain CRM / spreadsheets of prospects & activities.
