About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our Vendor team. Our vendor is a wildlife photography company dedicated to capturing the beauty, power, and raw essence of nature. They tell the untamed stories of the wild and are looking for a passionate, creative, and digitally savvy professional to bring these stories to life online and connect with nature enthusiasts, clients, and conservation partners worldwide.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Email Marketing Manager will be the digital voice of our brand. This role combines creativity with strategy, leveraging the power of visuals to inspire audiences and build strong online communities while driving engagement and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling
• Curate, edit, and schedule wildlife photography and behind-the-scenes content that inspires and educates audiences
• Craft compelling captions, stories, and campaigns that highlight wildlife adventures, conservation efforts, and services offered
• Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies accordingly
• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns showcasing portfolios, photography expeditions, workshops, and special offers
• Manage and grow email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices
• Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Stay updated on trends in wildlife conservation, eco-tourism, and digital marketing

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc. is a plus).
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Interest in photography, travel, or wildlife is a bonus, but not required
