Job Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase conversions. Your expertise in email marketing automation, audience segmentation, and AI-driven personalization will be crucial in maximizing campaign performance. Your key responsibilities will include strategizing and executing high-performing email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Personalizing email content using customer data to enhance engagement and conversions, as well as setting up and managing automated drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be in charge of building, segmenting, and maintaining clean email lists for targeted outreach. Ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations, implementing list-cleaning strategies, and optimizing email funnels for higher conversion rates will be essential in your role. Conducting A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, email content, and layouts to maximize engagement, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and generating performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement are also part of your responsibilities. Leveraging AI-driven tools for segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics, staying updated on emerging AI technologies, and collaborating with content writers, designers, and sales teams to align email marketing strategies with overall business objectives will be crucial for success in this role. Your qualifications should include proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, expertise in email automation, segmentation, and personalization techniques, excellent copywriting skills, ability to analyze email performance data, and understanding of A/B testing, email deliverability, and compliance regulations. Preferred skills include basic knowledge of HTML & CSS, experience with graphic design tools, understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies, and strong project management and organizational skills.,
