Demonstrated experience in leading teams to deliver innovative products that enhance personalized customer experiences and drive business results is essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include a good understanding of Machine Learning and real-life applications and implementations, experience in the eCommerce top of funnel capabilities, and experience working in an omni-channel retail environment. This position is based in Bengaluru and operates under a hybrid work model (in office/remote). Employees are expected to be in the office three days a week, generally on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Collaboration across the globe is a key proposition, and employees may be required to engage in extended hours during critical periods.
