Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns
• Write compelling email content and subject lines
• Manage email databases and ensure high deliverability rates
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
• Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging newsletters
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign results
• Ensure all emails comply with current email marketing regulations and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (mandatory)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
