Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective email campaigns, building customer engagement, and supporting the company’s marketing goals through email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Draft compelling and grammatically accurate email content.
• Segment email lists based on target audience and campaign goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.).
• Ensure email campaigns comply with data protection and anti-spam regulations.
• Coordinate with the design and content team to improve campaign impact.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
