Job Description

Ensures the coordination of technical project management of the platform project from the perspective of E/E architecture(System & NW)
Coordinates the development activities of complete range of functions in vehicle systems engineering & system integration of HW & SW, including development schedule, with regard to the set project requirements and goals. - Must have
Deals with Function release & integration management (HW, SW, functions) for platform products so that all these technical ranges are aligned - Must have
Organizes the committee VCB2 (Verbund Control Board) within the assigned platform scope, decides on the content of Integration(HW & SW), and supervises the implementation of measures from this committee.
Prepares inputs for decisions about the requirements of platform users for the E/E architecture.
Prepare project status from E/E requirements wrt project timeline
checks platform & module requirements from E/E point of view
Evaluates & prepares risk/opportunities from E/E point of view with platform & vehicle project
Determine project time plan form E/E requirement point of view & provide input to the platform/vehicle project time plan
E/E Status - reporting in terms of development
Supervises application of legislations requirement from E/E point of view as per VW group requirement
Leadership skill, Delivery management, PDLC knowledge, People Management
Technical project management experience
Representing teams in larger forum or senior management
Organizing engineering team regular meetings & tracking/driving of closure of topics.
Create detailed project status Cost, Quality, Timing
Create engineering budget status report & close tracking
E/E system & NW Architecture
