Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ELV- IBMS Service Manager located in Pune. The ELV- IBMS Service Manager will supervise the installation, maintenance, and operation of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS). Daily tasks include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with different teams, ensuring compliance with standards, performing system diagnostics, and addressing maintenance issues. Additionally, the Service Manager will provide technical support, prepare reports, and ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving any service-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in overseeing ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm Systems
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or other project management qualifications are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent relevant experience
