Role Description

This is a full-time role for an ELV-IBMS Service Manager located on-site in Mumbai. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems). Daily tasks include coordinating with technical teams, managing service schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and liaising with clients to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
• Experience with IBMS installations and maintenance
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or relevant field
• Experience in a similar role within the building management industry is an advantage
