Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Engineer located in Pune. Technical Expertise: ● Gas Suppression System (IG-541, 300Bar-400Nos Cylinder, Pipe Design, Installation, Pressure Testing & Commissioning work). ● Water Mist System (300 Psi for 11KV -30 Nos inside DG & Pump Design, Installation, Hydrotesting & Commissioning work). ● Pre-action System (Double Actuation Pre- Action Cabinet Design, Installation & Commissioning work). ● Sprinkler System (Pipe & Upright, Pendent Sprinkler, Pump Design, Installation, Hydrotesting & Commissioning Work). ● Hydrant System (Pipe & Hydrant Post, Fire Hose Cabinet Pump Design, Installation, Hydrotesting & Commissioning Work). ● CPM & Chiller (CPM DDC Panel, Field Devises Design, Installation, Chiller Loading, unloading Activity Work). ● FA/PA System (Simplex 4100ES Cabling, Field Device, Panel Design, Installation, Testing Work). ● VESDA System (Xtralis Single & 4-Hole Panel, Pipe Design, Installation, Testing Work). ● Water Leak Detection System (WLD & FLD Cable Design, Installation, Testing Work). ● Rodent Repellent System (Rodent Device, Cable Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Work). ● BMS System, ACS, CCTV (Device Mapping, Field Device Design, Installation, testing & Commissioning Work). ● Billing & Documentation (Customer Billing, Vendor Billing, BOQ preparation, CIS, De- booking, PRF, PO, GRN, MRF, TDS Approval, RFI, MIR, Reconciliation, Handover Documents). ● Project Management (Daily Activity Plan, Daily Progress Report, Material Tracking, Master Sheet, Monthly Target, Manpower Handling, Task Assign, EOT, Target, Co-ordination with Other vendor, Customer Meeting Attained, Follow-up with Design Team, Procurement Team, Finance team, HR team) The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
