ELV Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be a Senior Project Engineer at Tech Control Systems Pvt Ltd (TCSPL) based in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to ELV systems within the specified budget, timeline, and scope. Additionally, you will be required to provide regular project updates to stakeholders, clients, and project team members. Key Responsibilities: - Technical Expertise in various systems such as Gas Suppression System, Water Mist System, Pre-action System, Sprinkler System, Hydrant System, CPM & Chiller, FA/PA System, VESDA System, Water Leak Detection System, Rodent Repellent System, BMS System, ACS, CCTV. - Project Management including daily activity planning, progress reporting, material tracking, target setting, manpower management, coordination with vendors and teams, customer meetings, and documentation. - Billing & Documentation tasks such as customer billing, vendor billing, BOQ preparation, approval processes, reconciliation, and handover documents handling.
