Role & responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, acquire, and onboard HNI clients through direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.
Liabilities Portfolio Management
Cross-sell and upsell CASA, term deposits, structured deposits, and other liability products to maximize portfolio size and profitability.
Revenue Generation
Achieve sales and income targets from liabilities and related third-party products (e.g., insurance, investments).
Service Excellence
Provide personalized banking solutions and ensure high standards of client servicing and issue resolution.
Compliance & Risk Management
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal policies while managing customer portfolios.
Market Intelligence
Track competition offerings, market trends, and customer needs to drive targeted business development strategies.
