Job Description

As a Relationship Manager specialising in credit delivery, you will manage client relationships, drive business development, and ensure delivery of excellent service. You will act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, supporting credit analysis, developing new business proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Conduct sales and service needs interviews through customer service reviews to ensure first-class service.
Design and originate new business proposals aligned to client needs.
Understand competitor offerings to identify and maximise opportunities during client reviews.
Set detailed targets, monitor performance, and develop tactical solutions to address challenges and exploit commercial market opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leading commercial negotiations and agreements with new intermediaries.
Support credit analysis and collaborate closely with the credit function to ensure robust lending decisions.
