Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets.
Build and deepen relationships with existing wealth customers to increase share of wallet and revenues.
Provide professional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Continuously engage in self-development.
Manage the portfolio to minimize attrition and ensure stability of the book.
Monitor and achieve key performance indicators at the highest level.
Maintain complete knowledge of the customer base including profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets.
Achieve targets for product mix and cross-sell objectives.
Maximize sales process efficacy through best-in-class productivity.
Execute aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers via referrals.
Ensure customer base coverage in line with the approved Relationship Matrix.
Manage customer transitions with sensitivity.
Maintain awareness and compliance with policies related to money laundering prevention.
Report any suspicious transactions immediately to the supervising officer.
