Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. Job Requirements Proven experience as an Elite Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investment and banking solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
