Roles and Responsibilities Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery. Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra HNI clients across various channels. Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of banking products such as Retail Liabilities, TPP, Portfolio Management, Field Sales, and Casa Sales.
