As an Elite Banker-First Wealth at the Retail Liabilities department, your role will involve enhancing customer engagement virtually to increase customer stickiness, driving remittances, promoting mobile banking adoption, cross-selling products, and upgrading customers in the relationship banking program. Your key responsibilities will include: - Deepening customer relationships to increase customer relationship value - Acquiring NR accounts and generating referrals from existing customers - Ensuring remittances in all managed & sourced accounts - Driving quality engagements over call with customers - Increasing adoption of digital platforms like mobile banking - Cross-selling pre-approved products such as Credit Card and other offers - Profiling mapped customers and presenting suitable banking products - Meeting monthly operating plan to improve scorecard rankings - Coordinating for closure of retail assets & trade transactions - Resolving queries and complaints promptly - Adhering to bank policies and compliance - Pitching Relationship Banking program benefits and on-boarding customers/groups In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Assist in audit and ensure compliance to regulations and guidelines - Provide best in-class customer service to all clients Education Qualifications: - Graduation in any field - Post Graduation in any field Experience: - 2-5 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.,
