What You'll Do:

Handle international customer queries (voice) in a timely, professional manner

Assist with investment account-related concerns, product support, and transactions

Investment Banking / Wealth Management

Record, escalate, and resolve issues using CRM/ticketing tools

Collaborate with global teams in a 24x7 high-performance environment

Escalate complex issues following defined protocols

Maintain professionalism while dealing with high-value international clients

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with

  short notice periods

• Prior experience in voice-based customer service, especially in BFSI domain
• Understanding of investment-related terminology and client servicing etiquette

What You Bring:

• Fluent English Communication Skills

  (International Standards)
• Knowledge or interest in

  Investment Banking, Portfolio & Wealth Management

• 1 - 4 years of voice process/customer support experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
• Flexibility for night shifts & willingness to work from office
