We’re Hiring | Advanced Mechatronics Engineering
Position: Senior Advanced Mechatronics Engineer
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3 to 8 years
What You'll Do
Design and develop mechatronic subsystems—sensors, actuators, controllers 2
Integrate and prototype robotic and automation solutions 3
Debug, test, and ensure system reliability and compliance 4
Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and electrical teams 5
Document designs, test results, and engineering workflows
Must-Have Experience
3–8 years in mechatronics system design
Led at least 1 client project end-to-end
Experience with project planning, hiring, budgeting, and team coordination
Exposure to methodologies like Design Thinking, Kanban, Six Sigma
Technical Skills Required
Circuit design, soldering, debugging with DMM, CRO
Integration of sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, IoT devices
Programming: C/C++, Python, Java (Assembly and Ladder are a plus)
Tools: MATLAB Simulink, ROS, Gazebo
Protocols: CANBUS, RS232, TCP/IP
Qualifications BE/BTech or Master’s in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
Strong communication, documentation & team collaboration skills
