Job Title: Electrician

Reports To: Technical Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer

Job Purpose:

To ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems by installing, maintaining, and repairing wiring, control panels, and lighting systems. The role involves diagnosing faults, conducting inspections, and ensuring all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems and components using testing equipment.
• Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components as per layout or design.
• Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or required repairs, ensuring compliance with safety codes and company standards.
• Test electrical circuits and systems using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to verify proper functionality and safety.
• Plan and execute wiring layouts and installation of electrical systems in accordance with job specifications and local regulations.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.

Qualifications:

Educational: 10th / 12th Pass
Professional: ITI Diploma in Electrical or related trade

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or installation, preferably in the cinema, hospitality, or commercial facility environment.

Working Conditions:

Based at cinema premises; may require working in shifts, on weekends, and during maintenance shutdowns.

Salary Range:

2.5 LPA - 3.0 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
