Electrician

1. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician & Plumber to manage day-to-day electrical and plumbing maintenance activities at our Radiance Site in Valasaravakkam. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted services, safety compliance, quick breakdown response, and preventive maintenance of all electrical and plumbing systems within the residential premises. 2. Key Responsibilities: A. Electrical Responsibilities: Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems. Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults in lighting, power supply, panels, switches, sockets, and wiring. Maintain LT panels, DG power supply connections, UPS, emergency lights, and earthing systems. Ensure proper functioning of common area lights, garden lights, parking lights, and clubhouse electrical systems. Attend emergency electrical breakdowns immediately. Maintain safe working practices and follow electrical safety standards. Maintain electrical maintenance records and logbooks. B. Plumbing ResponsibilitiesCarry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems including pipelines, valves, taps, closets, flush tanks, and drainage systems. Attend leakage complaints in flats and common areas. Maintain water supply systems, borewell lines, sump, overhead tanks, and pumps. Clear choke-ups in drainage and sewer lines. Monitor water pressure and ensure regular water distribution. Assist during tank cleaning and plumbing shutdown works. C. General & Site ResponsibilitiesAttend all resident complaints related to electrical and plumbing works within defined TAT. Support preventive maintenance schedules. Coordinate with supervisors and facility management team. Ensure tools and materials are used properly and stored safely. Report major faults, material requirements, and safety risks to the Site Supervisor / Facility Manager. Support vendors during major repair works.
