Electrician

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate tools and techniques Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and compliance standards Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to execute projects efficiently Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted Respond to emergency breakdowns and support after-hours service calls when required Qualifications ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification Valid electrical license (as per local/state regulations) Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance Strong understanding of single-phase and three-phase systems Familiarity with safety protocols, PPE usage, and lockout/tagout procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and customer service orientation Preferred Skills Experience with energy audits, load calculations, and power quality analysis Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and smart metering Ability to draft basic reports and communicate findings to clients or supervisors Work Environment On-site work at residential buildings, commercial complexes, or industrial facilities May involve working at heights, confined spaces, or in varying weather conditions Use of hand tools, testing instruments, and safety gear is mandatory
