Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare detailed electrical drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.
Develop machine operation manuals and related documentation.
Create and maintain system documentation in compliance with ISO guidelines.
Perform panel testing, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
Conduct I/O testing for PLCs and automation systems.
Carry out troubleshooting and fault finding in electrical panels and machine wiring.
Release BOMs accurately using the ERP system.
Execute system trials and testing to verify performance and reliability before handover.

Preferred candidate profile

Ability to understand and create electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
Understanding of P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
Proficient in using electrical testing tools such as multimeter, ammeter, etc.
Good knowledge of selecting electrical components like relays, MPCBs, contactors, power supplies, and wire sizes.
Basic awareness of ISO standards and related documentation practices.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and E-Plan software.
Familiarity with various industrial instruments such as pressure transducers, electro-pneumatic valves, flow meters, temperature elements, solenoid valves, level switches, and vacuum gauges.
