Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Instrumentation Management

Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, Control valves, On/Off Valves)

2. Automation & Control Systems

Maintain and manage DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems in operational and compliance State
Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 for Computerized Systems in Manufacturing Areas.

3. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
Prepare SOPs and validation documents for instruments and control systems.

4. Project Execution

Participate in engineering design reviews for new projects and expansions.
Specify instrumentation requirements for API processes, cleanrooms, and utilities.

5. Safety & Reliability

Preferred candidate profile

Looking only Pharma API Background candidates.

Ready to relocated to vizag location.

Good English communication skills.
