Electrical System Engineering- General Manager

As the Head of Electrical System Engineering, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical aspects of electrical motor design, component selection, and outsource component integration. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical business support, driving product quality, managing supplier relationships, and establishing robust processes. You will serve as a key technical liaison for the sales and business teams. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership in electrical system engineering and design. - Manage supplier relationships and engage with business partners. - Select and manage components such as VFDs, inverters, soft starters, and power quality solutions. - Collaborate cross-functionally and demonstrate a strong understanding of business acumen. - Optimize motor design and ensure efficient component management. - Establish processes and maintain product documentation. - Enable business growth and effectively manage supplier relationships. - Act as a technical authority, demonstrating strong communication skills and providing leadership and mentorship.
