Electrical System Engineering- General Manager

Job Specification:

1. The Head of Electrical System Engineering will be a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of electrical motor design, component selection, outsource component integration (e.g., VFDs, Inverters), and technical business support.
2. This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive product quality, manage supplier relationships, establish robust processes, and act as a critical technical liaison for the sales and business teams.
3. Experience with Technical Leadership and Design is necessary for this role along with strategy, process and documentation.
4. Experience with Business and supplier Engagement and also Component selection and management.
5. Cross functional collaboration & understanding of Business Acumen.
6. Detail knowledge of Motor design and Optimization with Component management like VFD, inverters, soft starter and power quality solutions
7. Process establishment & Product documentation
8. Business Enablement & Supplier relationship management is a must,
9. Also, Technical Authority, strong communication, Leadership and mentorship is what we are seeking for this role.
