Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all electrical works at residential/commercial real estate project sites.
Ensure timely execution of electrical installations like LT/HT panels, wiring, cabling,
earthing, lighting, fire alarm systems, DG sets, and elevators.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to meet project deadlines.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure adherence to electrical safety norms and IS
standards.
Prepare BOQ, material requirement sheets, and track inventory for electrical works.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality as per specifications.
Support in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including CESC, CEIG, and other local
authorities.
Maintain all relevant documentation and daily progress reports (DPRs).
Provide technical support for MEP coordination at the project site.
