Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to oversee safety operations at our sites in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all safety regulations, conduct training, and promote a safe working environment for all site personnel. Key Responsibilities: Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and standards as per statutory and company guidelines. Conduct daily site safety inspections and prepare safety audit reports. Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend control measures. Ensure PPE compliance across the workforce. Investigate and document accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents; recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safety compliance. Conduct safety induction and training programs for workers and staff. Maintain records of safety observations, training logs, incident reports, and safety meetings. Coordinate with the admin team for medical aid, fire drills, and emergency response planning.
