Job Title: Electrical Service Engineer Department: Service & Maintenance Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment in commercial kitchens. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Install, commission, and test electrical equipment for commercial kitchen appliances (e.g., ovens, fryers, dishwashers, exhaust systems, etc.). ✅ Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs on equipment at customer sites. ✅ Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedules and service contracts. ✅ Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. ✅ Provide technical support and training to clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance. ✅ Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and communicate service updates to the Service Manager. ✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a service engineer in the commercial kitchen equipment industry (or similar). Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, installation, and repairs. Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, safety standards, and electrical systems. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach. Willingness to travel to client sites.
