Description
Key Responsibilities: Review and verify MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs. Monitor site works for electrical systems (lighting, power, fire fighting, etc.) to ensure compliance with specs. Coordinate with architects, civil, structural, and MEP teams for smooth execution. Assist in cost estimation, tendering, and quantity take-offs for electrical systems. Identify discrepancies in design or site execution and recommend technical solutions. Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations. Maintain project records, progress reports, and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in MEP design, QS, or site execution. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office; knowledge of QS or project management tools is a plus. Familiar with standards (e.g., NFPA, NEC, DEWA, ASHRAE). Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
