Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the restaurant. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the optimal performance of all equipment. Collaborate with the Maintenance Assistant Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status. Support the management of spare parts inventory to ensure availability when needed. Adhere to safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities. Assist in energy-saving initiatives and other sustainability measures. Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities as required.
