Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support our automotive sheet metal operations. If you’re skilled in troubleshooting, compliance-ready, and driven by operational excellence — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair motors, transformers, VFDs, PLCs, and control panels
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance in press shops and welding lines
• Ensure safety and compliance with electrical standards and audit requirements
• Support equipment installation and commissioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for swift issue resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation and suggest energy efficiency improvements

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E in Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in automotive manufacturing
• Proficiency in PLC programming, press shop automation, and VFD troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ISO/TS standards and safety protocols

Skills Required

• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
• Experience with testing tools and diagnostic equipment
• Team-oriented with excellent communication
• Flexibility to handle production-driven shifts

Shift & Compensation

• Shift: General initially; OT applicable based on production demand
• Gross Pay: ₹20,000 to ₹23,000/month
• Additional earnings via Production-Based Overtime
