Position : Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Education - BE Electrical /DEE with Govt Electrical License

Experience – 8 to 10 Years Experience in Press Shop as Electrical

Maintenance Engineer.

Maintenance Engineer duties and responsibilities

 Preventive , Predictive, Overhauling and Breakdown Maintenance of all

Equipment’s

 Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment. As per

Preventive Maintenance Plan

 Knowledge of PLC, HMI, Robots etc is must

 Installation and Starting up of New Equipment’s

 Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs.

 Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility.

 Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.

 Zero Breakdown of Machines

 TPM Implementation

 PLC Repair

 Industry 4.0 Integration & Automation

 IATF TS16949 QMS System Knowledge

 Government Electrical License is must

 Spare Parts Management and cost Reduction

 AMC management

 Suppliers development for Maintenance spares

 SAP data entry

 ISO 14000 and ISO 45001knowladge with Sustainability Environment Projects

& Safety in Plant
