Electrical Maintenance (AM/DM) - Connector Job In PUNE

Position: Maintenance (AM/DM) Department: Factory Service Location - Bhosari Industrial Area, Pune Experience: 12 to 15 Years Education: BE in Electrical & Electronics - No gaps in education as well as in Career. Preferred Candidate- Male Working: -6 Days a week working Competencies : - Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills. - Knowledge in all types of drives/ machines CNC, Molding, Extrusion , ...IS MUST. - Knowledge in panel wiring and fault finding & also, knowledge of control panel (Power wiring & control wiring) - Excellent organizational, presentation and leadership skills - Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Fast worker with ability to work well under stress & good team worker - Experience in Preventive, Pre detective maintenance. - Experience in Mechanical & Electrical maintenance background. - Sound knowledge & experience in AS9100 / ISO9001 Tools: - Basic knowledge of Microsoft MS office tools Responsibilities : - Supervise and lead the maintenance team, processes, and operations. - Set up process to manage important aspects of the facilities including Power Back-up, HVAC, Oven, Lifts, Fire Fighting System, etc - Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. - Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards. - Create and implement maintenance procedures. - Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. - Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. - Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures. - Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates. - Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs. - Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
