Responsible for handling all electrical / electronic breakdowns, preventive, predictive, corrective & other maintenance activities of plant & utilities. Assisting and guiding the maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance & repair work. Lead small improvement projects for reduction of recurring breakdowns and downtime. Manage the entire maintenance department schedules & ensure proper documentation. Accurate & timely reporting to the management. Ensuring that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly. Ensure the standard data capturing method. Supervising & motivating the team members. Proper housekeeping of general premises by the team.
