Electrical - Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to support embedded development, IoT integration, battery testing, and electrical validation activities. The role involves hands-on work with testing machines, battery packs, and data acquisition systems while supporting senior engineers in product development and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Embedded Systems & IoT Development

• Support firmware development for ARM/ESP32/STM32 microcontrollers.
• Assist in developing IoT communication modules (BLE, WiFi, CAN, UART, RS485).
• Integrate sensors, DAQ modules, and actuators for testing systems.
• Perform basic PCB debugging and hardware bring-up.

2. Battery Cell & Pack Testing

• Conduct cell and pack-level charge–discharge tests and performance evaluation.
• Support validation, thermal checks, and safety testing of battery packs.
• Operate analyzers, cyclers, load banks, and maintain test records.
• Follow Li-ion/LFP safety protocols.

3. Battery Pack Assembly Support

• Assist with prototype and production pack assembly tasks.
• Support spot-welding, busbar alignment, wiring harness preparation, and BMS integration.
• Assist in BMS configuration and pack validation.

4. Electrical Component Validation

• Test and validate components such as contactors, relays, sensors, chargers, and protection devices.
• Conduct functional and reliability checks and prepare test reports.
• Maintain component validation logs.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE.
• Basic understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with electrical testing tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, battery analyzers).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
