Role Description

Electrical Executive

Skills & Qualifications Required

Strong knowledge of
Electrical Systems
and
Plant Maintenance
Ability to understand and work with
PLC specifications
Hands-on experience with
Control Panels
and exposure to
PLC programming/operations
Proficiency in handling and maintaining
VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)
Experience in maintenance of
utilities
such as
DG Sets, Compressors, Cooling Towers, and AC systems
Knowledge of
Panel Testing
, troubleshooting, and managing
panel breakdowns
Understanding of different
types of motors
, including
BLDC motors
, and knowledge of
Load Cells
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with
safety standards and regulations
(such as OSHA/IS standards)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in
Electrical Engineering
or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
Prior experience in an
industrial or manufacturing environment
is preferred
